Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Boise - Meridian

The room was spacious and there was enough room to be comfortable and spread out like we each needed to. The bed was a little lumpy but actually comfortable. The shower was nice and big. There were enough towels for two people.

The bathroom wasn't great. The toilet had no lid, the toilet paper roll holder was broken, and there wasn't enough room to get dressed comfortably in the bathroom for privacy. There was no counter or anywhere in the bathroom to put clean clothes while you changed. The shower doors didn't stay closed while showering, so water got all over the floor.

The room didn’t have a bathtub.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very poor experience. On the positive side, the accommodations were genuinely very nice. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom modern. It’s clear that the hotel has invested in maintaining a high standard when it comes to its facilities. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently cold and unwelcoming. The front desk team (in particular Zak) came across as disinterested and unhelpful, and at no point did I feel genuinely greeted or valued as a guest. Any questions or requests I had were met with curt responses, as though I was inconveniencing him. (ie. asking for Towels!) It's disappointing because the hotel itself has a lot of potential, but the lack of basic hospitality from the staff really detracted from the overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously—friendly, attentive service can make all the difference. Until then, I’d recommend this place only if you’re looking for a nice room and don’t mind unfriendly customer service.

It was a nice convenient stay.

When you purchase, the description say free breakfast. Not even close. They call it grab and go. Most of the time you had the go, but no grab since there wasn't anything. Very loud as well.

The room above is was loud until 3am and tried to call the front desk yet never got an answer. The breakfast was horrible as they were out of eggs and nearly out of muffins at 730am. The room does have a little kitchen and you could cook your own breakfast but that's not really the point when you're in a hurry to go and was told there is a grab and go in the morning.
