Hyatt Place Albany Downtown

This Hotel was like a boutique hotel. Very modern, clean and in an awesome location. Parking is not included but was only $11/night.

Great reception when we arrived, very knowledgeable about the area. Water filling stations and ice on each floor. Great location

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. I really appreciated being able to get a meal at the bar at a late hour. I got in late and didn’t have time to eat and I appreciated that I didn’t have to go out for food. I also think it’s great that they have a microwave that you can use to heat up your own food. The staff were all very pleasant. If the location works for you, I’d say it’s a great place to stay and highly recommend it.

Excellent rooms, food, very spacious and clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Brewery right next door. Highly recommend.

Rooms were clean and big. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options for people with Coeliac disease were poor. Could easily be improved.

female Housekeeping staff are very rude and disrespectful. I mean very unprofessional and no Manor's at all I'm sorry!. They need new staff who take their customers seriously and treat them with kindness. Housekeeping ! - Please don't come to work misable speaking in Spanish about other people. That is so unprofessional I mean just wow. Gossip and back biting is a big no no !.
