Hyatt Place Albany Downtown

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast area was very clean and staff were very attentive.

The front desk area was very small and understaffed. We requested extra towels we made a reservation for 3 people and only had enough for 2 people. I had to go down to the lobby to pick up the towels as there was no one to bring them to me. The additional bedding provided was stained with wine and make up on both the pillow cases and sheets. There was also what looked like a couple of dead spiders on the sheet. They had obviously not been washed. I again had to go down to the lobby to pick up the additional linens. Parking was not onsite but rather a parking garage down the way or a back lot not owned by the hotel. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice if it was closer.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. It is conveniently close to many restaurants and attractions, as well as the bus terminal and train station. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. This was my second visit, and it was definitely worth returning.

Breakfasts was great but there was no food at 9:45 there should be a why that ya have food all the way till ten for the guest who likes to sleep in

The breakfast was excellent. My room was comfortable

I did not like the parking situation. I had to pay nearly $300 for my stay and then additional for paking.
