After enjoying the hot tub I went out on the outdoor patio to sit by the firepit. Tried to get back I side and door wouldn’t open. After several minutes, had to climb over the railing and go through the front door. No one seemed surprised or sorry. The next morning I asked new staff. She said I should have jammed the door open because it does lock on you. I said that would have been nice to know. Again, no apologies. Just blown away at rude manners.

The sauna was a little smelly, maybe not enough circulation of chlorine in the water.
