USEvery aspect of this hotel was so great in my book. It exceeded the expectations I had. It looked just like the pictures. The employees were so warm and welcoming just like the hotel itself. It definitely felt like a cozy lodge getaway to the mountains. The employees are so very helpful.
Not even kidding, I cannot think of one thing I didn’t like.

USYou should not be booking rooms when there’s no rooms to book I’m from El Paso tx and drove 3 hrs to Cloudcroft to find out that there’s not rooms to stay at 1am , very disappointing, waste of time and waste of money.
