WoodSpring Suites Olympia - Lacey

Not sure if problems w booking are from hotel end or hotels.com. No breakfast. No accessible rooms available. Poor signage to find location.

Only thing I don’t like was that they didn’t have ice machines

All was goin good till we usef the toilet, it would not flush. I call the front desk and her answer was "we have a plunger down here if you want to try that. I knew it would not work. It was do to the water saving tank, it did not hold enough water to get a good flush.

Obviously room was newer and ada room not 5 miles away from front like some hotels.

No soap and bed way too low for disabled person

Big size of the bathroom

Absolutely rude person on the check in desk made this place even worse than expected

Very Rude staff from Top to Bottom.

Wish there was Kleenex in the room

I did not like the toilet paper location

Clean and spacious

Hard to access, beds were more like cots or futon type mattresses. Not the most comfortable sleep.

Did not have breakfast there

No paper towels nor tissue papers provided, there's a kitchen but no cooking utensils available or provided. The bedframe moves every time you lay on it or get off it.

I liked my vacation.

I still have not received my 100 deposit and it's been over a week.
