"A Work in Progress (But Has Potential)"

This property is a work in progress and has amazing potential but it's NOT there yet! It's nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable, but some things need to be updated or repaired. Beautiful bar in the lobby with coffee and water provided all day. Nice indoor and outdoor pools but jets were not working on the indoor hot tub. Nice fitness room but most machines were not being maintained--emergency cords missing on treadmills and screens were not working.

We waited almost an hour to get our king bedroom adjoined to two queens. We requested this room specifically. Finally (after we had already paid $20 for early check-in), we got the correct rooms. I had verified via email with a hotel employee a few weeks before that breakfast was included in our rate. When we were waiting for the rooms, the kind guy helping me rolled his eyes when I showed him my email and said, "We stopped serving breakfast weeks ago."

The bed was comfortable. The ladies in the lobby were friendly and helpful.

The lobby was beautiful but everything else was worn and dirty. The elevators were just nasty looking. Also everything is digital so you can never talk to a real person. No coffee maker or hair dryer in the room.
