Friendly staff good location great value will come again.

Only complaint was no bathroom vent- understandable with the older building.

Nothing much, although room was somewhat comfortable with the exception of dirty carpet

General areas need upgrading, elevators are drab, hallway carpets are filthy, exterior patio needs attention to stained areas.

It was quiet for the most part, despite the convention that was going on. I don’t appreciate that our booking said breakfast was included, when it clearly wasn’t. They wanted us to pay extra, we did not. It was nothing like the description, no buffet or nothing like that. They actually served bean burritos.

The morning staff worker at check in could have been more friendly. She wouldn’t even get up to help me with the key malfunction to access the pool. The gym was not very clean, the equipment was broken. It was just dirty. Drinks spilt all I’ve the walls, behind trash cans. Only one elevator worked, they definitely could have let the guest know that. Also, having to clean up your room when it’s suppose to be clean already is sad.

The staff.. they were great

Did not get the room I ordered, the toilet took 30 minutes or more to flush, the bathtub drain was broken and had to shower in a puddle of water that drained really slow. Got a complimentary late checkout because if the shower, and they decided that's when they wanted to work on the water.
