Memphis Vitality Hotel

It was a nice property and the beds were very comfortable

Had issues at check-in and also had issues with the elevator not working

Smelled clean and they used technology well. Pool hours were very generous, lobby was bright and clean. Could tell they were working on cleaning and fixing things, looks like it was a former name brand hotel they were hut

Door to room no way to “secure” it no deadbolt) No pool towels in pool area. Some aspects of cleaning needed to be addressed. Parking lot was filthy with debris like bolts, cigarette packages, trash. Was in a run down part of neighborhood with closed businesses and not a lot of food places.

Seemed nice enough; arrived very late and left early. Staff we came in contact with was very nice. Marketplace was very large and appeared well stocked.

A little mildew/musty smell feel on the floor itself. But the room was fine. Bathroom wasn’t swept (hair in the floor)
