Loved the esthetics, having an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, friendly staff, and easy parking.

Only one elevator in service. The elevator also did not arrive on call sometimes so we had to walk around to staff elevator. Did not get breakfast due to pricing and would have preferred free breakfast or buffet Also did not having like no kichen or microwave in the rooms.

I like the fact that when I was able to text and communicate when I seen what's wrong they accommodating me.

I didn't like that it was only one elevator working that kids was in the pool after the time I didn't like that they didn't have complimentary breakfast I didn't like how they had the outside door to the pool open so that bugs and mosquitoes can get into the indoor pool area.
