Room was nice and clean on arrival.

Booking.com said on their website that there were no extra fees for pets. I added a request saying that I was bringing my two small dogs and got confirmation that it was ok. When I checked in I got charged $150 for the dogs. No communication between the hotel and Booking.com. Hotel manager did not speak English well and said I was wrong and I should contact Booking.com for them to fix the website. That is her job not mine. The cleaned the rooms at 6-7 pm when I am back in the room and didn't want to be bothered, so my room was never cleaned because of their schedule.

Had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The location was perfect for my needs and made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

No mucho, no se compara con las fotos que tienen.

El lobby es muy bonito. Las habitaciones las sentí oscuras El desayuno es igual todos los días, los huevos revueltos no fueron de mi agrado.

"Good location, good service, good overnight stay."

The hotel staff were excellent. The cleanliness in the lobby, gym, pool area, breakfast area, and room was amazing. The location is also nice, it’s calm at night and it’s close to the Amerant Bank. I have no complaints I enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
