Galaxy Hotel Downtown

Breakfast not offered

No gym, no microwave in room, too small refrigerator. Water not hot enough in shower. Not worth the money

my partner and I loved the hotel, the room was exquisite. we loved the downstairs little coffee shop. we wish they had a pool and a up and running restaurant. but we know the hotel is in process of building the restaurant.

we did not like how the hotel did not have a pool, it was 30 dollars a day to park, and the restaurant was not open.

I was extremely disappointed with the parking situation at the hotel and the way this was communicated to me leading up to my arrival. I called and asked about parking options, and was led to believe that valet parking was the only option available to me during my stay. However, AFTER valet parking, I was told by the reception desk attendant that self-park was also an option. I was not at all impressed with the valet service and very frustrated that I had to pay for this “service” when I ultimately had to walk to my car several times by myself to retrieve it or get what I needed from it. Ridiculous.

How nice and clean everything was and the view was amazing. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby lol

Location was good

There was a slight room concern and the supervisor at the front desk remedied the issue immediately! The location was perfect for visiting the St. Petersburg Pier and shops.

Each room in the suite could've had better lighting.

The room was wonderful 11th fl

The breakfast, was told it was from 7-11. Waited an hour for what looked like they were scraping the bottom of the pan for eggs.

Rooms have a great view , quiet and comfortable.

The location is fairly new . Not all amenities are up and running
