South Side Inn - Burlington

Did not like the wide open stairways at end of halls. Did not feel very safe

It was clean

The bed was rock solid

The staff at this hotel was very nice and professional. They put out coffee and pastries daily for guests. And the hotel was clean. Overall it was an ok stay.

Very run down hotel - dated and old decor. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom door only opens halfway because it hits the toilet, and you need to walk into the room sideways around the toilet. Also, the toilet had to be flushed several times no matter what. There is a trailer and tents in the back of the hotel for the "staff quarters" which is just kind of odd. This hotel is in dire need of some updating and renovations.

Pretty clean room. Room is pretty dated, bed was comfortable. A/C was a little noisy. For the money it was worth it.

We found the small motel very clean, quiet and moderately priced as a place to stay for two nights while we attended the Lake Street Dive concert at the Shelburne Museum. Great location not far from Burlington. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality. Vermont is a special place.

This property is extremely outdated. There were a dozen stains on the carpets. Both mattresses were caved in, the WiFi did not work and the girl at the front desk was very unpleasant. Save your money.
