Beautiful hotel.. bartender (Will) was awesome. He went above to make sure we were taken care of.

No HOT WATER… I had to take a basically cold shower this morning. When I spoke to staff, they said it might have to do with power outage last night… but this was 10-11 hrs later, sounded more like an excuse without an apology. Since I have to travel there over the next several weeks, I’ll be staying elsewhere.

I loved that the heated pool was actually heated. It was a perfect temperature. The Bluetooth mirror was a nice touch even though we didn't use it. The lobby smelled like expensive perfume which felt fancy.

I didn't like the lack of a microwave in our room. I didn't like that we had to pay for breakfast and that they didn't have a coffee station. They did have a Starbucks though.
