Prima hotel, helaas dubbel betaald en we worden niet geholpen door Delta!

Wij hebben een nacht in het hotel verbleven via booking.com, vooraf betaald via de booking app, daarna moesten wij in het hotel een borg betalen wat wij netjes hebben gedaan. Helaas is de eindstand nu dat de overnachting dubbel is belast. Een keer door booking.com en een keer door het hotel zelf. We hebben pas een uur voor aankomst geboekt waardoor het wellicht mis is gegaan in het systeem maar we worden nu niet geholpen met een oplossing. Het ziet ernaar uit dat we ons geld kwijt zijn en dat zou niet moeten kunnen via een platform als deze! Het hotel geeft nu aan dat we borg hebben betaald en deze terug hebben ontvangen, maar dit is absoluut niet het geval! Niet de service die je mag verwachten!!
