Mansfield Inn

Mansfield in Service here is really poor but here almost a week no clean towels no garbage took it out. Have to ask for everything. stayed in a hotel in New York same price clean towels every day made room really good boy come here poor service.

I had problems with not getting our money back I would like to apologize the owner contacted me after my review and was extremely helpful to us.He is going to refund us.This was a misunderstanding situation.Thank you to the owner for reaching out to us and helping us.

This place was unexpectedly awesome. Its in town, close walk to anything in Mansfield. Nice, clean rooms. Staff was very helpful with any request. I left some clothes there and called them 4 hours later and they sent them UPS the very next day. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

On a trip north on US 15, we looked for a local business rather than a chain motel. We picked this motel. There was free wifi and breakfast. The rate was very reasonable. That should have been our first clue. This is an old strip motel downtown. The wood paneling and furnishings are old. The room was cold when we checked in and the heat was set up for comfort and we settled in and went to dinner. Upon return the temperature was still colder than we like but we stayed as we were ready for bed. The wifi is free and slow. I gave up on doing any work. There was a free breakfast. That consisted of coffee, tea or hot water for drink. I had to ask for juice. The food consisted of packs of snack cakes and crackers. We were jolted awake in the middle of the night by a fire siren. Turns out the volunteer fire station sirens are mounted on a pole right behind the motel. If you want a clean room, clean sheets and hot water shower this is okay. Otherwise try somewhere else.

It looks a bit grungy and worn, but my room was clean and comfortable. I discovered that the walls were thin when I heard some early risers next door, but the place was generally quiet, especially at night when it is important. If central location is important for you, then this is your best choice in Mansfield. If you want upscale you'll have to go outside of town. I really liked being able to walk to a coffee shop, a Chinese restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, and especially to a very good brewpub. There are also walkable antique shops and other businesses around the hotel. Inexpensive. Has wifi but it is slow for audio or video. In room TV with cable for many channels, refrigerator, etc. are nice to have. Staff are friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a clean room and a good rate then you cannot go wrong. I accidentally broke the plastic piece that held the shower wand. I offered to pay for it but the nice gentleman at the front desk would not accept the money. He is very nice to talk to and very helpful getting around Mansfield. The showers are hot, the internet and wifi are great. I would stay there again.

This hotel is old and needs quite a bit of improvement. The rooms do not feel clean at all. The front desk clerk was rude and not very welcoming. The price is a little cheaper than some of the other hotels in town, but we didn't feel it was worth the money we paid for it- even though we didn't pay very much for it. "You get what you pay for" is definitely true in this case. If possible, stay anywhere else.

Stayed here for one night. The room was slightly shabby,but very clean. There was lots of hot water in the shower. The bed was king size and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again if it was on my route. The price was quite reasonable.The WIFI was marginal at 4.30 p.m., but unusable later in the evening.

We are on our way to Pittsburg, taking the scenic route along Rt 6. Luckily found Mansfield Inn. Nice room, very reasonable rates, nice and clean. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, so I took a chance and asked at the office if they had one I could use, and they very happily gave me one. I guess in the past, some hairdryers may have walked off. There were a couple of eating places within walking distance which meant we didn't have to unhook the car trailer we were hauling, to go find something to eat. They accommodated our truck and trailer in a lot beside the motel, most helpful. We would stay here again.

Stayed here en route to Niagara Falls, although the rooms are quite outdated. It was clean and tidy We stayed in room 15 which had 3 double beds and suited our needs The owner is really helpful The wifi wasn't that good but walkable to some local shops, launderette and a gas station
