Oszustwo i nieautoryzowane obciążenie na 1390 USD po wymeldowaniu! Złodziejstwo! Omijać z daleka! Spędziliśmy tutaj 7 dni w kwietniu w kilka osób. To miały być piękne, egzotyczne wakacje, a okazały się koszmarem. Cały nasz pobyt został w całości opłacony z góry przez wszystkich uczestników. Mimo to, kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu, hotel nielegalnie i bez żadnej autoryzacji pobrał z konta jednego z członków naszej grupy dodatkowe 1390 USD! Nie przedstawiono nam żadnego rachunku ani wyjaśnienia. Od kwietnia piszemy skargi i maile, a mamy już czerwiec – brak zwrotu, brak odpowiedzi i kompletna cisza ze strony dyrekcji. Dosłownie ukradli pieniądze z konta. Kompletne nadużycie finansowe. Nie powierzajcie im swoich danych karty!

The only thing we liked about the hotel was its location.

First of all, the hotel had a very serious staff shortage. The pool was closed and the elevator was broken. Even though we told them we had luggage and the elevator was broken, they didn't change our room. Every morning we had to go to the main lobby to buy tickets for breakfast. The cleaning lady who came to our room every morning only made the bed. For four days, she didn't change the sheets, the glasses, the water, or the coffee. Most importantly, despite staying in many different hotels in 30-40 countries, we have never seen such a poorly serviced hotel. We book our hotels solely through Booking.com, trusting in their services, and this was our first and most serious disappointment. This kind of hotel has made us question our trust in Booking.com.

Die Lage war gut.

Unhygienisch, Pool war in Umbauarbeiten. Ersatz bei anderem Hotel katastrophal unhygienisch überfüllt und nicht sauber. Check In war unfreundlich. Generell kein freundliches Personal. Zimmer war hauptsächlich dreckig. Während dem Aufenthalt hatten wir Hauteinstiche, niemand interessiert sich dafür. Im anderen Hotel hatten wir dies nicht mehr.

Muy buena ubicación, zona segura y a dos cuadras de la playa .. El complejo tiene varios edificios para hospedarse con un patio con pileta hermoso con muy linda vegetación y prolijo.. Tenia un desayuno incluido en el comedor muy rico.. era a la.carta pero había varias opciones para elegir ... La habitación comodo y limpia... El personal del la recepción siempre atentos y amables ... La verdad vale la pena ...
