Great location. Great staff. Clean. Reasonable rates. Came with full size refrigerator, microwave and stove top. Would stay there again.

Pillows were cheap and flat. Felt like a towel stuffed into a pillow case. No shampoo, iron, blow dryer. One towel. Bare bones. We did get another towel at the front desk and understood you could get other items there if needed.

The staff was super friendly and eager to get us things we asked for that wasn’t in the room (hair dryer, ironing board and iron) The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The thermostat was easy to operate, therefore making the room temperature easy to adjust. The location was very convenient.

1) Put ice machines at the very least, near the office and at the very most, on each floor. 2) Entrance doors were tight and hard to open, especially when we had our hands full of luggage. We had to put things down in order to open the door. 3) There was only one nightstand for the bed. I missed having the second one to have my phone near me. Staying at this hotel made us miss the little things we took for granted.

For the price one pays for the hotel, there are no snacks available for guests when they order coffee. I stayed there for two weeks, and the bedding did not get changed once, which I find interesting considering that I got charged PER DAY for bedding services, and the pillows were very flat. I also had a rude staff member from the front desk (who disguised themselves as housekeeping) who knocked on our door 2 HOURS before check-out to remind us that we had to check out by 11 am. That is something that is not acceptable for me, as it made things very awkward for us during our stay, especially since we were on our way out at that point. If you want to remind guests that they should be heading out, call the landline, don't knock on the doors. That very same staff member also made a guest of mine uncomfortable as she wanted to get coffee creamer from the cabinet space under the coffee machine, and the staff member rudely told her that they were not available for guests. There is no sign that says not to open the cabinets, and IF they were not meant for guests, why would you place them there? Also, there are no napkins next to the coffee machine, so should you accidentally spill something, how does one clean up their mess without opening the cabinets below the coffee machine (which are apparently off-limits to guests)? I am not happy AT ALL.
