Charged for towels for a one night stay that we checked into at 12am and we were leaving at 7am is ridiculous. When I mentioned it the "boss" with the blue hair she was so policy driven which I can respect at times but it should be coached that every situation is different and $3 isn't a big deal but the customer service that was not delivered would make me not come back. It's not a privilege for me to stay with you. I am not a monthly guest who she also voiced very loudly when helping the gentlemen next to me that his nightly rate had changed to $98/night which I am sure because he is a long time guest but be quiet because I paid $180 plus the linen fee for the towels we never needed replaced. Then asked the guy if he was going to meet her outside for I am assuming a cigarette but be professional. Don't run the place like a budget suites the neighborhood isn't bad and we were traveling for a dance competition that in the future I won't use. I was also told that if I would have booked direct they would have figured into the rate but because I used a third party I had to pay the fee on person.aube mention that on the 3rd party site because I have never heard of this chain

It was quiet and easy to find. Easy (free) parking, including a charger for e-vehicles (which we didn't use as we had a rental). Bed was comfortable. There was essentially a full kitchen (tho not pots dishes etc.), including a full-size fridge and 2-burner stove. Short distance (less than half a mile) from a running/walking trail along a canal that I used for a great morning run. No frills, but easily met our needs.

Free Internet access was slow. Definitely couldn't stream. Faster service involved a charge, which I wasn't ready to pay. Nothing (besides running trail) nearby, so had to drive--but that's also Phoenix!

The sheets were not changed there were crumbs and hairs all over the bed, which were briefly mistaken for bugs. Floors were not swept or mopped. The staff in the front that night was very accommodating and apologetic for the inconvenience which made the situation a bit better.
