Very nice location near to the beach and all resturants nearby

Worst Experience Ever, Pictures definitely need to be updated. We couldnt even sleep with the blankets and we slept with our clothes on not even sleeping clothes, going out clothes, and changed after a shower in the morning. Luckily, we only paid one night as we were going on a cruise the next day. But Will never recommends anyone to this place. The walls were crumbling apart every time someone slammed there door next to us, People fighting and screaming at each other, i felt like we were at a Pimp hotel for his prostitues

Horrible hotel. They couldn’t find our reservation on arrival. The AC wasn’t working. The floors were all broken. The bathtub was extremely dirty. And we got a room with bunk beds. Asked to be moved to another room and was told it was completely full.

At first it was nice looking property the ambience was good but when we get to our room there were so much to fix. The bathroom door is broken so you can’t close it. The bathroom window doesn’t have privacy curtain. The walls were dirty and have holes. The things I like is the location close to beach, also the TV has Netflix.

What did I like? - location - patio What didn’t I like? - service - rooms were located in the basement (they didn’t have rooms I reserved) - rooms were (we had 5 rooms) in bad condition - the pictures presented on Expedia don’t look even close to the one we had in our rooms

It was dirty. The smoke detector wasn’t on the wall or even in the room. The plate for it was hanging on the wall. We we paid for parking to a man who stood out in the lot and came home to ga and had a ticket in the mail when we returned. I was told I would receive a refund because we didn’t stay but I never did. Paid for it and didn’t even stay there. They lied.

I booked my room via Expedia when I got to the hotel they told me there was no rooms available. I was told that I was refunded but I still haven’t received my refund since April 12 for 2025.
