This hotel looks nothing like the photos! After making a complaint about our room. We were accommodated to another room, which had no ac! They asked if we wanted to see another room, had no closet ( only 3 hooks) and ac was leaking all over the floor. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location (area).

The hotel was nice, the staff very friendly, and close to the beach. The only complaint is that this place needs improvement inside the rooms like electricity, floor, and bathroom. But if you need to stay in a place close to everything on south beach and not expensive this is the place 👌

Good location, quite

Doors were broken everywhere had stairs no accessible rooms. I had to carry my handicapped daughter up and down.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical to stay here because of the reviews but it wasn’t bad I’ve stayed at worse motel 6s for sure the location was amazing just a short walk to the beach and we loved having all of us in one room. We didn’t have any cockroach sightings or filthy conditions. The property is a little run down and some things are broken but our AC worked great, the courtyard was fun and a nice environment to have lunch or hang out in, the security was thorough and always present so I wasn’t worried about anything. They did only give us 2 towels but we could exchange the dirty ones for clean ones at the front desk. There wasn’t an elevator or a fridge in the room but we were only staying the night to get on a cruise ship the next am and it was fine. We kinda had fun with all 8 of us in one room

Stayed one night. Privately owned, they are working on upgrades - will be nice, but currently underwelming rooms. Good, easy walk to beach (for sunrise) and to the Art Deco district. Parking in public lot around the corner can be expensive but I got a "deal" for $40.
