Disgusting

The hotel room was not properly cleaned when I arrived after check in, I know this because I found a ring on the floor when I entered the room. There are no do not disturb signs and on my second day there was no hot water and the WiFi did not work. When I asked front desk about the hot water and WiFi they had no idea what I was talking about nor did they offer any solutions. The bathroom was also not clean and really badly maintained, there was even a hole on the door.

Needs work

If you’re looking for a convenient location close to restaurants/the beach then this is it. If you value anything else besides that, this is not the place for you. My sister and I stayed for 1 night before taking off on a cruise and it served its purpose but would I stay here again? Definitely not. Run down, dirty and the front desk girls weren’t very friendly.

I would not recommend this location to anybody. It smells awful it's not well taken care of. Nobody actually answers the phone if you try to call. This place really should be shut down and sold to somebody who actually cares. Has great potential but horrible ownership

I absolutely loved it

Property very outdated, needs improvements, mildew bathroom and cracked flooring. Very noisy with club next door.

The staff was awful from check in to security to check out. I believe there were people that live at the hotel. Vwe saw them every day. They had no respect for the guests, slamming doors and loud all night. I asked for ice or water and the security guy told me to bring my own. I asked for an email address to contact the manager and was told tgey didn’t have one. I think Expedia should stop featuring this place. It looks nothing like the photos, that is all staged.

I would not recommand. We needed 3 beds so they gave us a "room" in the basement. Mold, broken toilet, broken sink, door that had previously been broken through... Plus the staaff at the front desk was not welcoming at all. I dont think they even spoke a word.
