The only reason I stayed at this hotel, was because all others booked. The rooms look Nothing like the pictures! Very expensive to stay and we had no refrigerator or blankets. Pillows were a joke and the place smells! When I asked for a refrigerator, I was told there would be an extra charge for one. Their breakfast is a joke, everything in a cooler and dried out. Coffee was not drinkable. So embarrassing, as I am from that area, and brought a friend. We were quoted a different price by two different staff when we called in. I suggest they close the hotel until they figure it out. We won't be back! Talked to other couples and all agreed.

We live a few hours away, went to Okoboji and stopped at WR Emmetsburg on the way home. All of my favorite machines are gone, zero payout on anything, bathroom floor was very sticky 🤮, coffee tastes like it's been there 12 hours. Will NOT be back.

First of all no swimming pool like who goes to a hotel and doesn’t go swimming another thing rooms are expensive asf $119 a night and lastly THE FREAKING BATH WATER IS YELLOW also the bathroom door doesn’t lock …A lil creepy to me

The review I posted previously was excellent and 5 stars Which you can read under this one. With that being said it takes just one person to change a persons opinion for the worst. Let me explain. I had an issue with a security guard yelling at me because I touched the red rope at the entrance( I have to enter by the rope because of my disability) When I complained he was made to apologize to me by saying someone upset him and he just took it out on me. I did except his apology and I asked him not to do it again. About a week ago I touch the rope because half the time I would be told to do it myself and half not. Well he grabbed the wrope and yelled ^ I HAVE TOLD YOU 100 TIMES NOT TO TOUCH THAT ROPE^ I again complained the next day and was told it was handled. I was belittled and embarrassed in front of my friends and strangers. It cause people as far as half way into the casino to turn and see.. This person did not apoligize I am not a mean spirited person but I deserved respect. J got none of it that night. Please make it right ----------‐‐-----‐‐-‐ The people there are extremely friendly they always have a drink ready for me when I walked in the door hard to win sometimes though otherwise I like it

I arrived kind of late to check out the casino while I was passing through. I ended up winning pretty good. I went to the hotel here and got a room for the night. The girl who was working at night took great care of me. She was sexy too. I think she said her name was Hannah. Great job Hannah! I’ll definitely be back.

You don't even get to the second set of doors and the putrid smell of cigarette smoke overwhelms you.. YUCK !! The whole place needs better ventilation... the bed had no winter blanket, and we were there over the holidays.

There was no WiFi, tv remote didn’t work, no mini fridge or microwave. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The toilet had a ring around as if not cleaned well. The staff at the counter were not friendly or accommodating when we asked about the remote. I would not recommend this place to stay at. I would drive on.

My husband and I visited the casino and decided to spend the night and revisit the casino this morning. Our “non-smoking” room stunk and the bed was uncomfortable. If you are a side sleeper be prepared for hip pain as the mattresses are thin. My husband could only describe the shower as abrasive. There was so much lime build up that the spray was hard and uncontrolled. Upon checking out I was ignored while the front desk attendant took a reservation. A simple nod to acknowledge your presence goes a long way. Once helped I was not asked anything about our stay or offered any other pleasantries. Would I stay again? Maybe. Would I pay full price again? Definitely not.

I soooooo love this casino and hotel had alot of fun and the staff is very friendly to me as well as my service dog I recomend staying at the hotel they have a beautiful lake great food thanks for the great time and good memories
