Harborside Suites

This hotel was terrible for winter stays. It was freezing in the rooms. Only one wall heat unit that constantly went off on all night. No heat in bathroom or kitchen area. Floors were freezing. I have request a refund from Expedia for my 1 miserable, sleepless stay. I will say it would be fine in The summer.

When I got there, there was major construction going on and I was not given a heads up. the room I was in did not look anything like their pictures. I walked in the front door, it was freezing in the lobby, if you want to call it that, it was just a desk. no one was around, I called out several times. I had to go and knock on a door to get someones attention. In my 'suite' the front door handle was falling off (he did come and fix it right away). there were no extra locks on the door other than the keypad, did not feel safe. one of the windows is not installed correctly and there was a 1/2 gap in the bottom right, I had to stuff a blanket in the window to block the cold air. it was below 20 degrees outside. no closet or hangers to hang your clothes. they were so proud of a new lamp they put in the room that was touch, however the cord was stretched across to an outlet, can't be legal. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never stay here again.

We loved how cozy the townhouse feels, one of our favorite places to stay in the area. The outside doesnt do the inside any justice, worlds away. Walking into our home away from home is worlds away from what you see outside. It defines my favorite phrase, "you cant judge a book by its cover". Thank you so much, to the family in charge there, for allowing us our own little taste of comfort, coziness, peace and quiet.

What a horrible experience! If my looked remotely like the room on the website I would have been ok, maybe. When I was finally able to enter the room after playing with the code pad and the loose door handle I thought I had entered a tenement building. Cheap flooring, no carpeting, cheap furniture. EV Chargers didn't work and no assistance was available. "Kitchen" was a disaster. Plugs extended across the room because lack of outlets. They claim to be pet friendly but I was charged $75 for ONE NIGHT for my pet!! That's not pet friendly. I was made aware of this ridiculous charge after I booked and then couldn't cancel. All in all, just a terrible experience. Hotels should not be allowed to post pictures of a nicely renovated room and then charge $200 to be put in a dump. Just terrible.

We couldn’t get the code to work to open the door and we just left. It was a COMPLETE DUMP. There was broken outdoor furniture and trash scattered around the parking lot. It looked like the door had been kicked it before. I was absolutely not going to stay there!

Nicely renovated rooms and staff could not be better. I will come back here again next Spring.

Was run down, old, no place to put close to hang , very small. Just didn’t feel safe there Was a little seedy

No pool which was a bummer. Wish I had known that. They are building one though they told us. Room was very small. Bed was small too.

Un excellent service à l'accueil, tout se fait par texto. C'est propre et bien situé. Nous y sommes allés à l'automne donc il y a du chauffage mais un peu bruyant et ils fait froid dans la salle de bain mais l'été se sera parfait. Peu de rangement mais pour un court séjour c'est parfait. J'aurais mis des rideaux plus opaque mais c'est un détail. La plage est à 3 minutes de voitures.
