Blue Water Beachfront Hotel & Waterpark

I can not say enough good things about my stay. The front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view exceptional!!! I was greeted by the beautiful sunrise from my own patio. Breathtaking!! In my opinion the location was perfect. Close to everything without having to deal with the traffic of being on the “strip”. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

A lot of noise I heard from other guest at the second floor and I called front desk to report that and they never called or make any effort to solve the situation.

Spent the night there to walk the mackinaw bridge on Labor Day weekend.The room was three hundred and thirty dollars. The room is a sixty to seventy dollar room. Our phone charges would not stay plugged in.They kept falling out.The sockets are all outdated the t.V is very small and sits on a table for the price of the room.This should have been a sweet type experience.And it's just a low ball room.Never again will we be staying there.

Smoke detector went off 7 times during the night not the annoying chirping but going off like there was a fire, I went to the front desk in the morning asking for another room for the next evening and was told that they were all booked and no extra rooms even though the sign out front said vacancy, she said they would have maintenance look into it

It was a great place to stay. The wife and I had a great time and the ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful

We stayed at this hotel about 20 years ago, and love the location on the beach. The rooms have been completely renovated.

The staff was very helpful, the facility was clean. The staff since we arrive were polite and accommodating.

The room was remodeled but floors were very dirty. It had a musty smell. We used a room deodorizer while there. The television didnt connect to wifi. Pillows were not comfy. Moldy shower head and baseboards were detaching in the bathroom. Bathroom shower curtain was old and dirty. Towels were not provided until we went to ask for fresh ones.The balcony was dirty with spider webs everywhere. Stairways were not well lit. The only nice thing was the beach view.
