It’s old and not in that great shape

We could not stay it was so bad the sheets look like cream color and looked like never been washed . I’m sorry but I asked for a refund and went somewhere else. The guy that helped me was very understanding

The room had stains all over mattresses, broken furniture, paint slung all over the walls , as quick as I checked in , I checked back out , people like live there , they were all sitting on the balcony of there rooms loud and trash everywhere. Don't recommend

• Floors were not properly cleaned. • No towels were provided in the room upon arrival. • Had to walk around the building to request towels. • Had to make a second trip to request trash bags that should have been provided. • Towels were stained and still had hair on them. • Blankets had multiple holes. • One bed was missing a fitted sheet. • Microwave was dirty and contained food residue. • Shower curtain was too short, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. • Two cans were found at the bottom of the swimming pool. • Wi-Fi password was not provided at check-in. • Top security lock on the room door was broken, creating a safety concern. • The room and property were not as advertised; online photos were very misleading. • Overall poor housekeeping and lack of cleanliness. • Poor maintenance of the room and property. • Multiple inconveniences due to inadequate customer service. • Safety concerns for your family. • Overall stay did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or service.

The AC worked well

No breakfast, no towels? No toilet paper?

Ac was cool & bed was comfortable.

First room was disgusting with mold & stains on walls.The paint was peeling all over and both beds were full of dust.The safety lock was missing.There was no microwave as I was told there was.Very shady people all over,trash was everywhere also.I was given room 239 with no small trashcans so we had to use bags.The shower curtain had mold.The tub drain had hair.The TV remote didnt work after being given another it still didnt work.We found a roach on wall.Bathroom vent was dirty.Ac filters were dirty as well.
