This was a crack motel!! We saw 4 people high while we were there for 20 minutes. We got to look at the room before we decided to stay, and everything was dirty. The bed looked like it wasn't even changed. So we went to a different motel. And they haven't gave my refund back and they won't even answer the phones.

Everything the whole place is a dump

We made a reservation at another motel. We booked through Booking.com. When we arrived to the motel, we were told that Booking.com cancelled our reservation, which they did not. The person on duty would not uphold the reservation even when she personally called Booking.com and they confirmed they were still a reservation in their system. The lady on duty even told Booking that they would do whatever their system said. When they hung up with them, she told me that she could not uphold it because it was "cancelled" on her end. We were left without a room. So, we back online to Booking and found The Residency Inn had availability. So we booked a room. The room was about 30.00 higher than what we had reserved at the other place. We didn't have a problem because we were angry and very wet from the rain. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front deck was very polite and checked us in very quickly. He said that if we needed anything to please let him know. The next time that we are back down in Galvestion, The Residency Inn will be getting our business. Thank you again for everything!!!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

We arrived an drove off, my group would not stay there, we pulled the reviews which basically reported it as a DRUG PLACE. YOU MIGHT WANT DOING A LITTLE LOOKING INTO IT. Wayne Nix
