Shower and a/c worked well. The front desk was helpful and courteous.

The floors were dirty. They hadn’t been swept. You could see the dirt on the floors and in the corners and when you got into bed, you would have to brush off your feet first. The linens were stained. The doors and walls were torn up like a dog had been locked in previously. The room had an interesting smell. When I moved the shower curtain the first night to bathe a rag fell from the top of the shower curtain from when a previous tenant had showered and left it. So whoever is in charge of cleaning, needs to either be retrained or find a different job.

Everything-Exposed wiring in the bathroom over the shower, mystery stains on the floor, broken TV, holes in the wall, trash all over the property.

Absolutely nothing. I would rate it in the negative numbers if you had them. My skin crawls just remembering it.

This property was infested with bedbugs. There were substances all over the walls and bedding. If you can call it bedding. There was a hole in the wall that was the size of a hand that went all the wall through the wall to to outside. There were dirt and stains on the sheets. When we looked under the sheets there were active bugs crawling on the mattress. The lobby smelled of weed and the room of urine. The walkways were filthy with litter and open containers sitting on the air conditioning units and railings. It was the most disgusting ‘hotel’ I have ever seen. We did not even unpack. We got a refund immediately and now we need a refund from Booking.com. This property should not be listed in your site!!!!!

Terrible roach infestation. Out of all the lamps in our room only 1 worked. The tv turned on but the remote did not change it. Tv was stuck on 1 station. No towels in our rooms or no trash cans. The beds were made poorly. We only stayed because we couldn’t find any other hotels available for memorial weekend. The check in receptionist was nice and told us we could have a late check out for 1pm. However a man from the office barged in on us at 11am didn’t knock or anything. Very rude when I mentioned about our late check out he said they don’t have late check outs there. Also the furniture in the rooms is very old and some has material peeling off .
