"Dirty dirty dirty"

Loved the nighttime employee she was so sweet!

It’s so dirty. We went to a race all day all we wanted to do was shower and sleep we got in at 11:40 pm and our room was dirty. The shower was dirty too but I cleaned it before I took a picture. They didn’t even attempt to move a lamp to wipe it was soooo gross. I scooted on a towel across the floor as I forgot my slippers and the towel was so brown where my feet were. Also there was no curtains just blinds so when the sun is up, you’re up.

Sheets were dirty in first room. Only had 3 pillows in bedroom Dirty hallways No breakfast or ice machine Bed was comfy and convenient area

I like that it was a quiet place and near my event, which was convenient.

I didn't like that there is only 1 elevator. Seems like a large facility and should have more than 1.

The room and facility was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback to our stay was the internet access. We were unable to access the internet because of a problem with the log in procedure. We were given an 800 number to call for help but it seemed too cumbersome to bother. We did without internet access for our stay.

"Excellent"

The staff was very nice and willing to accommodate us. But the rooms were dirty and the bed sheets were stained. The toilet paper had a half used roll on the spool when we cam into the room.

"minimum service and minimum amenities"

This place is good for truckers who just require a HOT AND A COT there is a mini kitchen bring everything yourself. not extra anything. the front desk closes at 10:30 or so and you are on your own the rest of the night and early morning. in other words no conveniences at all. the halls were not clean. The lobby was okay. But at least we didn't see bugs.
