I was very displeased with the General manager Nicole. I gave the front desk a 3 day notice to check out earlier than expected with a refund. She was very loud toned and unprofessional in her speaking skills. Her intimidating demeanor made me scared and i didnt argue the issue further. I had to.tend to an urgent matter, and depart one week earlier. The person I spoke to twice at the front desk told me that she has made note of my early departure and asssured me i will be reimbursed. however the general manager did not receive the message. Communication is very bad at this hotel. I called customer service to file a claim against this this location. It's been more than a week, that I have not heard back from anyone. The General manager didn't even check me.out of the hotel.on my departure, which I found out from the customer service representative. Nor did she give me a receipt (apparently printer issues) and I requested and called several times to ask for an email receipt.. I was staying alone with two children in this hotel, and I didn't feel safe, and the location is far from the city center and highway. The corridors smelled of cannabis smoke. The beds are very uncomfortable and the air-conditioning.unit makes a very loud sound. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for longer that a couple of nights. There are better options nearby, I only chose those hotel because it was a newer build compared to.other hotels in the area.Lastly, you only get house keeping every two weeks! I am still hopeful I will be refunded and I hope the property owner will contact me.to clear this issue directly. I have never dealt with such an unresponsive hotel. Very disappointed! I will continue to follow up on my claim to be reimbursed.

For what i paid anight i expected better. No curtains to block the bright parking lott lights. Microwave didnt work. Had to pay for the terrible wifi if more that 2 people needed it. The place smelled disgusting. They gave us 2 towles for 3 people and if you needed more you had to take the others to them and they would give you two new ones. The blankets on the bed where more like sheets. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is right up there with the worst. I would never recommend this place

Good location. Very clean and quiet

I missed that it was an extended stay, so I wasn't aware that we had to return the towels and sheets to receive new ones. But the clerk was very polite in explaining, and we traded with no issues.

The room was clean.

The pillows were really small and not very comfortable. There were not the normal things in a room, like tissue in the room, there weren’t extra 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, but no hand towels. The place seem dated or cheap with the laminate countertops. We paid $123 a night.

No iron, no blow dryer, no ironing board, super thin toilet paper, no dishware. Just lacking lots of useful necessities for a hotel

I think a continental breakfast would be a better fit for that location do to the fact that places to eat are hard to find.

Staff was friendly. Checkout was strange. No one there until maybe 9am... And no place to really put the keys.
