"This hotel is not bad, but they need to clean the area more often, install cameras around the hotel and hire security."

I liked the staff. All the guys were very polite, friendly and solved all the issues. The room is clean and fairly new renovation and furniture.

The area around the hotel is always dirty and rarely cleaned. There is a lot of garbage around the trash bins, near the entrance, in the parking lot, and a lot of cigarette butts are everywhere :( There are no cameras outside the hotel. If something happens near the hotel or in the parking lot, keep in mind that it will not be recorded on video. There is no security in the hotel. If something happens to you or you are in danger, security will not come, because there is none. The fire alarm goes off regularly at night, it screams very loudly.

"There were cigarettes and I had my kids with me and they tried picking them up . Also bed bugs everywhere and it smelled"

There were cigarettes and I had my kids with me and they tried picking them up . Also bed bugs everywhere and it smelled HORRIBLE !!!! And Cheeto crumbs under the bed . Never coming here again . And the bathroom was so dirty ew .

"I don’t wish to return and would appreciate compensation for my troubles"

Staff was nice and friendly

My key card didn’t work and I got locked out. The lobby phone didn’t work when I needed to get in touch with the staff. I called and it continued to ring with no answer, as the staff was gone by 8p. I found roaches in the cabinets in the room. Very disappointed and unsettling.
