"Must have been short staffed"

Location, right of the freeway

Upon arrival the hotel did not have a room available that was clean. I was unable to stay at the hotel, therefore, i cannot rate the room. The staff member went to check rooms but did not come back. People were sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. It was very strange. I tried to reach the hotel 2x before reaching out to Booking.com. Booking.com customer service was able to confirm it was the hotels issue and issued me a refund. I'm very pleased with Booking.com assistance in rectifying this issue!
