"I will never stay here again."

The room was comfortable. Lots of parking.

The front desk being on the 4th floor was odd and inconvenient. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:00 was invasive. The staff at the restaurant was terrible.

The property was very clean, staff extremely friendly , but I mostly liked that the hotel itself was unique . Location was great, relatively close to everything!

I would stay here again, it was much that I didn’t like. It was a great choice by me!

"Terrible about communication and cancelations"

Booked this hotel and was excited to stay but when something personal in my family came up and I had to cancel it made the whole experience sour. I even paid for extra travel insurance and got absolutely no help from the hotel. Everytime I called the front desk they would refer me to Sydney Aguilar and she would not return my calls. Sent an email to see if that would help and she did not respond until a few days later stating that now it was past the policy deadline and nothing would be refunded. Even when I reached out to the hotel before then. It was only after the deadline after she took days to respond. Money wasted. Terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
