"The staff was great and the location was amazing but I wouldn’t stay there again. I didn’t get good sleep and we had ear"

The location, look and feel were amazing overall. I liked everything surrounding us. We got to have some good BBQ and everything is really close by.

Finding the entrance and check in was a bit confusing. We had a difficult time sleeping. There were people on our floor and above our floor running or at least that’s what it sounded like and slamming doors. It felt like the floors and walls were so thin. I’m usually not too bothered by noise but I absolutely could not sleep because of how loud it was for several hours.

The cleanliness

Rooms next to us had a speaker on at 3 a.m., 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. Reported to front desk and they didnt turn down. Called again and Briana said quiet hours end at 7 a.m. They didn't let us sleep ... her attitude, tone and lack of empathy about my prior calls were not acknowledged therefore causing frustration during our call.
