Cascade Hotel, Kansas City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The property was perfect for us!

Very easy to access from the street into the garage where the very friendly, respectful, and helpful valet were waiting. The front desk was full of eager, smiling faces ready to help just as soon as you step in the doors from the valet, and the rooms are very clean, gorgeous, and up to date! We will definitely stay again, and look for this brand in other towns in our travels! Thank You, Cascade for making our trip even better! P.S…. Desk Manager even gave us a nice sweet treat after the football game since we had traveled in town to watch the visiting team.

Very classy tasteful hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the entrance of the property and the staff was friendly and polite. Downside was the parking was expensive however it was very secure and I felt safe parking and entering from the garage. The room was very nice and the beds were comfy. I would return back and recommend to a friend.

Nicely furnished hotel, but very disappointed by significant noise. You can hear every footstep in room above you and voices in the next door rooms. If no one was in the rooms around you, it would be a perfect hotel. Nice staff too, but too bad such a new hotel skimped on the basics of comfort like noise reduction.

Beautiful hotel and great staff! The story of the hotel is really well thought through and I love the design. The Revival Suite has a Peloton bike in it, which is a nice touch, and the view of the Plaza during the lights is wonderful! Can't wait for the rooftop bar to be opened!

DO NOT STAY HERE- NOTHING WORKS Water TEMP of Shower and FAucets does not work The fan or AIR flow system does not work Maintenance workers are all running around inside hotel Worst HOTEL in KANSAS CITY STAY AWAY Complete Waste of Money- Many other options are better

We were truly treated top tier here. Our receptionist Aaron made sure everything was to our liking and went above and beyond to ensure to our first trip in KC was memorable. He gave great recommendations in the city and provided wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

Helpful staff, clean rooms and excellent restaurants downstairs!!

The hotel is very modern and clean. The room was comfortable. I had a standard king room which was fine for a 2 day work trip. The bathroom could have used more toiletries, but not a big deal. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would come back.
