Booked a weekend get away with Kara and she was beyond helpful! Kara made sure all my questions were answered properly! She even made recommendations for dinner and even offered to secure reservations, kara rocks! I am so pleased with this property already.

The hotel and staff were awesome!

The property was nice, however while there we were woken up at 1am and had to evacuate due to an fire alarm. Then they found out there was no fire, but a water main break in the parking garage. It took over an hour to reset the fire alarm, so we left, because we could not sleep.

Room was a lot smaller than expecting for the price I paid didn't have a hot tub like it was in the description which is what we really wanted and still trying to figure out why we was charged $150 more than one I paid on booking when the only thing we got was a parking pass and they said was $25

Close to St Luke’s Hospital and Country Club Plaza. Beautiful lobby area. Everything was spotless, brand new.

I recently stayed at Cascade and despite a small hiccup at check-in, my experience was absolutely top-notch thanks to the exceptional service provided by Anita and Chris. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room type I had booked was unavailable. However, Anita, the manager, immediately took charge of the situation. She worked quickly and efficiently with Chris at the front desk to ensure I was accommodated properly. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Not only did they resolve the issue promptly, but they also made sure I was comfortable and happy with my stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Anita and Chris, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a seamless and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Cascade and will definitely be returning! The only thing is that the restaurant isn’t functioning & I was looking forward to trying it out.
