It was ok decent upgrade in room newer bed nice size kitchen

No safe, no bedside lights, just like too bright wall lights and you can’t switch off on side or another..

We had a pleasant stay. We booked for 8 days but we just stayed for 4 nights and we were out in the day so we forgot to take pictures. The hotel is clean and quiet, and our room was cozy and I love the big refrigerator and microwave. It is comfortable for a family of four. What we found amazing and remarkable was the efficient, friendly and dynamic virtual staff, Krystal, who assisted us in the whole check-in process. She was not only patient and kind, she also swift and generous. On site, there was Dave, who personally makes sure your stay is « perfect ». We will probably book here again when we visit North Aurora.
