The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. The service was terrible and people were loud in the hallway all night until 2 am. Doors open and tv was loud.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very responsive to our needs and very friendly.

I had a good stay at this property. The only issue I had was I, on a couple of occasions, had to ask multiple days in a row to get housekeeping to come to my room (I was there for an extended stay and they were supposed to come once a week on request).

Prepaid for this room for an employee who was out of town and the staff gave him a hard time about using a company credit card that had to be manually entered. would not allow him to check in even though the room was prepaid and non refundable.

Positive: staff helpful. Room clean. Parking lot well lit. Affordable. Negative: Bathroom door would not close. One pillow on bed. Toilet needed multiple flushes. No breakfast. Elevator out of order. Not close walking distance to restaurant.

Absolutely filthy, my ceiling was leaking all night long. Crumbs in the bedding. Unwashed bathroom with bottle caps in the tub drain and either chocolate or blood on bathroom walls by light switch and soap dispenser. Towels worse condition than rags. In mopped floor. FILTHY hallways. Incredibly loud. Unsafe neighborhood and the parking lot and surrounding area of the property is LITTERED with garbage and disrepair. Absolutely disgusting

The staff was abysmal, the first room had a leaking toilet and broken lock they refused to document, their lobby snacks on sale were sometimes expired...

I was very displeased with the look of the hotel on the outside considering it look nothing like the website description. The property had so many people hanging out back smoking marijuana. The inside was nasty carpet. The book my room next to laundry room so I was disturbed all night and early morning with people talking. All the garbage was placed outside my room. My toilet wasn’t flushing properly. And to add insult to injury… the property had the audacity to be non- refundable. I would never stay at this property ever again and I strongly recommend no one to book at this property.
