The put me on the second floor last room at the end of hall. The elevator was not working the whole time of my stay. No one offered to help with the bags. I am 67 years old. Ugh

Quiet and clean facility. Spacious room with a nice kitchenette. Plenty of space to put personal belongings. Nice walk-in shower.

No hooks for towels in the bathroom, had to hang wet towels on the sink or door knob. Room is pretty dim, normally would just open a window but being on the first floor you can easily be seen from the parking lot (no sheer curtains for the windows).
