Had to leave. Weekend was over.

Location was great

Getting a different hotel.

They failed to provide a room that was already paid for and tried to double charge me on memorial day weekend to keep the room id already purchased. As a disabled combat veteran, truly, unimaginable lack of professionalism, business etiquette and overall human decency. Staff was repugnant and woefully inept.

The staff was really nice

The hotbub was out of service. There is not bottles of water in rooms. There was other people's stuff left in the room. The walls are so thin we heard a dog barking and a baby crying all night

Breakfast was really limited and not even enough utensils, the room that was assigned smelled like pi

Wish the pet fee was described on booking If it's a cleaning fee per night then they should clean every day. Fresh towels would have been nice

The staff were really nice and helpful, the pool was also really nice!

The only complaint I had about the room was there was a piece of I think gum under one of the beds, aside from that the room, hotel, and staff were all really good

I like how close everything was. How comfortable the beds were and the breakfasts.

The remote wasn't working with the TV and the hottub was out of order.

Nice size room

My room wasn't ready when they told me it was. I went in and it wasn't cleaned and no bedding. They tried to get me in other room but when I went to it, it was smaller and not as nice view so I ended up having to wait for original room.

It was clean and good location

Had to wait for staff about 30 min. When walked in no one at the front desk.
