Hotel Mar Vista

The worker named Daniel was super helpful and came and changed our bedding that was not changed during its so called cleaning. He brought extra towels and was so polite.

That the you guys list a pool available but it hasn't been in service for months. Take it off your website. Its misleading and disappointing to kids who care about that. The room was not clean. The bed sheets had nasty stains and burn marks on it. The actual comforter had a blood stain and I have proof with pics. The carpet was so outdated and has holes ans tares all over. Had to take so many pics of damage to make sure we got out deposit back. There was a TON of dog poop in the back area like it's never been cleaned. Dog peed all over the front door entrance and they just left it there for people to walk through. The breakfast is horrible as well and coffee was luke warm. The cleaner for our room didnt take the time to clean but made sure to leave the tip envelope with hearts and her name. Which was letty. Don't ask for a tip if you dont properly clean.

The location was great . Staff was kind and helpful for anything I needed.

The breakfast was a little cheap. I think if you guys had like waffles and maybe some hot plates with scrambled eggs and bacon and/or sausage especially when folks are there for conventions or seminars. For the price of a nights stay it should definitely include a hot breakfast on site or coupons for breakfast at a local restaurant.

I didn't like that the room was $30 more than it was supposed to be that the pet fee was twice what I thought it was going to be and I thought there was going to be a breakfast but there is no breakfast at this hotel unless you consider a choice of muffins two kinds of oatmeal and applesauce a breakfast, complete and total joke I didn't like this motel because my expectations were set really high and it was a letdown from that. If I had gotten the things that I thought I was going to get it would have been a great deal and I would have loved staying here. Instead I was disappointed and ripped off by booking.com next time tell the truth The truth wasn't so bad

It was clean and close to the beach. Good restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was minimal. Only one pot of coffee, which ran out quickly. Minimal choices for tea. No milk for the oatmeal. Had to use coffee creamers.
