Location was the reason to choose this motel. 1hour to Crater Lake. The place looks good in the pictures and it had five stars, these didn't match the reality.

Check-in was until 9pm. We arrived at 8:10pm and the doors were already closed. There were no instructions on how to check in. Someone had received a message with the door code, I didn't. I knocked on the shop door, as the small note finally said. The man just pointed out that the shop was already closed (closed at 8pm). I knocked again and finally a woman came to open it. In a hurry, without looking me in the eyes, she asked my name and complained me for the motel being so full. We didn't feel welcome. There were about 10 cars in the parking lot. Finally we got to the room. The parking spaces were not designated. The room's security lock was broken. The floor and bathroom were dirty. The tap didn't come out properly. Water came through the shower cubicle onto the floor. The drain wasn't draining properly and dirt was coming up when I used plug. The microwave was so dirty that I was feeling sick. The soundproofing was terrible. I will never stay here again.

Unser Zimmer im Obergeschoss war klein, aber sauber und hatte vor allem keinen Teppichboden. Das Bad war scheinbar renoviert, sehr modern und mit flauschigen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In. An dem Tag, als wir ankamen, gab es nachmittags und abends einen heftigen Wintersturm. Das Zimmer war für unseren Geschmack eisig kalt. Die nette Dame brachte uns zwei zusätzliche Wolldecken und einen zusätzlichen elektrischen Heizlüfter. So hatten wir es relativ schnell angenehm warm im Zimmer. Danke noch mal dafür! Auch für die Mühe, uns am anderen Morgen nach dem längeren Stromausfall doch noch mit Benzin zu versorgen.🙏 Gegen den Verkehrslärm der Hauptstraße helfen am besten Ohrstöpsel.

Eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer wäre toll, wenn zwei Personen übernachten.

It was close to the Lodge that my family was at for a service. They did accommodate me when I messed up and forgot to tell them I needed a downstairs unit for my mom. Oh, Also the bed was very comfortable.

I didnt like that you could hear the traffic, for it is right off main hwy. I didnt like that the comforter had stains on it. I also didnt like that I couldnt figure out the heat/air unit.

Very simple check-in, the room was clean and well stocked, everything felt new and was in working condition. Nice and quiet!
