Nice and quiet and very clean and courteous people

Watch out. They hit you with a $50 “incidental” charge whether you use incidental services or not, so the price you book is NOT the price you pay. (How this is legal, I don’t know.) And the “free continental breakfast” was lame. There are better hotel options in the area.

Property in general is small & easy to get around. Great for those who have difficulty walking long distances like myself.

Where do I begin I have so many nice things to say! Upon check-in not sure her name might’ve been Gina-? She was so friendly and kind it was a sister mini VC one night away we had a great time! No we were not winners, but the staff was wonderful it made the states so much better! They accommodated us with extra washcloths and towels with no problem the rooms were clean thank you to housekeeping your staff to keep your hotel clean was great we even met a few in the hall and they were very friendly!! Upon check out we ate through simple complementary breakfast but it was very satisfying and the Lady at the front desk her name was Shana she was very pleasant and kind! She went and got us extra hot chocolate and was very friendly thank you for ending our stay great! Thank you to all who ,are it possible to enjoy!!! 😊 Nancy Pins

Very disappointed that the video poker machines constantly have issues or not working at all. One machine has been down for almost a year and a couple at the bar have been down for months. That is all I play so very limited...And having the limited menu at Coaches Corner leaves you no where to eat while playing there...Open the place back up to normal, get someone that knows how to fix machines and let us enjoy the place or will have to spend our money elsewhere! I have not had these issues at other casinos I play at...

We spent an overnight at the hotel and found the accamdations very nice. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. A minimal continental breakfast is offered. Check in and out was easy. It is a short walk to the casino and on sight restaurants. We spent the afternoon and evening in the casino. Every employee we encountered was friendly. They have a good number of slot machines. The majority of the slots around the perimeter of the casino were of the newer variety. The interior of the room had mostly older machines, much more so than other casinos in the Quad City Iowa or Rockford, IL areas.

We had a gift certificate for a room and $25 at Coaches Bar and after waiting almost 15 min on the phone to make the reservations, nothing was said about closures, face-masking, or anything else. Very ironic that the first sign you see and also many other signs about no smoking but most people in the casino were smoking and only a few iron bars separated the casino from the rest of the resort. Coaches Bar was gutted for construction which would have been nice to know when scheduling since we are not close and the other eating place did not look inviting so we still have gift certificate. To top it all off, we checked out credit card bill when we got home and we were charged for the stay, not just once but twice. Certainly not worth the trip!

Went to the Casino for a buffet. Parking was OK, but nothing close to where I needed to ultimately be. The casino looked inviting, although I did not indulge. The food at our buffet was very passable. Nothing out of the ordinary -- just down-home Iowa food. The night was fine.

Horrible customer service, bodily fluids on bedding, rude staff. Walls super thin, woke up to neighbors on phone then dog barking. Don't stay here. When confronted staff they were non apologetic and rude.

Check in was slow even though we were the only ones at the front desk. Room was a good size. King bed,big comfy chair and fridge. Went to eat at coaches corner. Food was excellent. Then the fun began. Went back to room couldn’t get any channels on the tv to work. Called the front desk was told this happens when it’s bad weather out. Ok only problem was it was 90 degrees and sunny. No problem will hit the casino. Get back to room and I feel like I’m at a dog kennel. Dogs barking. Front desk does nothing. Went on for 2 hours. So just finally falling asleep and now I feel like I’m in the middle of a porn shoot. Let me tell u the walls are thin. I could hear everything and I mean everything. Thank god he didn’t last long. All in all I would find a different place to stay.
