How loud it was from the people in the halls and the cars outside. I also never got the chance to order food because there was no menu or info in room. The app that was giving to.me to use was hard to figure out how to sign in and also didn't give access to the things it said it would. Something also weird was the bathroom trash had no liner and that felt gross to us. Also unfortunately to my partner who got sick in the night.

In competitive world of travel and hotel stays most hotels even smaller ones usually have 1 room they can offer early check in for I waited in the lobby about 3 hours before the staff could come tell me that I could check in. The staff woman working on 11/13 between 9a and 2:30p was not a nice lady and it didn’t help she did not have help. This was the first impression and face of the hotel, my first experience at Moxy ever. Likely my last

The staff were very friendly and welcoming at check in and at the bar when we were using our chips for free drinks. Beautiful view from our room. I love a City view

The property was in a great location, was super clean and staff was very friendly.

The beds were a little too firm.

It was extremely welcoming. The valet staff was helpful and the front desk/bar staff were so fun and cool. The vibe is really friendly and it was modern without being that sterilized minimalist thing a lot of other hotels do.

If there was room service available, I had a hard time finding it. In fairness to the hotel, I was well intoxicated when i looked, and probably overlooked it. If there was no room service, well, bum-bum on me for looking for something not there.
