Antioch Hotel & Suites

It was very quiet, I had the hot tub to myself all evening. The room was nice and clean and quiet.

Clean Room , pool and hot tub where amazing as well as the fitness facility.

The staff was friendly the lobby, bar and pool area of the hotel seemed very nice actually and made a great first impression as soon as I entered the room I was severely disappointed. The size of the room was spacious but the room was very run down (sofa was basically falling apart) the floor in the bathtub was falling apart and on the roof something was being covered by a hasty cheap paintjob. Hotel would def need a renovation in the rooms and it could be a very nice decent hotel.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There is nothing redeeming about this hotel. The entire facility is run down, outdated, and reeks of mildew. When I opened the window hoping for fresh air, I was greeted instead with filth and dead bugs. The bedding smelled just as bad, like linens that hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The king mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy and undersized, standard pillows on a king bed is just absurd. The bathroom was no better: sagging, water-damaged popcorn ceiling panels hung precariously overhead. Customer service? Nonexistent. The front desk clerk was rude and condescending, choosing to sit in the bar rather than at the desk. When I waited for service, she shouted across the room, “Do you need something?” Not exactly hospitality. As for the “free breakfast”don’t bother. It’s stale bread and little else. This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The saddest part is that I stayed here 14 years ago and had a pleasant experience. It has gone so far downhill since then, it’s unrecognizable. Yes, it may be the only hotel in Antioch, but do yourself a favor and book in one of the surrounding towns. This place should be avoided at all costs.

The light between our beds did not work, could not read in bed. Toilet was very low, about 2 feet from the floor.

My schedule changed and the staff worked their magic to find a way to provide accommodations on an extremely busy day. Thanks for there extra effort.

Decent hotel, but really disappointed with the false advertisement. The property is listed as having free breakfast, which means at least one hot option all of the time. But they only offer "cheese omelet and bacon or sausage on weekends". Property needs to specify because a free breakfast is one of the deciding factors for which hotel i choose.

Walls paper thin. Not what id expect for the cost
