We reserved a room with the hot tub for two days we were charged for the first night. He gave our hot tub to someone and still was charged for it. We were charged for the hot tub room plus we were charged for a king size room for two nights. We will never stay here again. I don’t know what the problem was with the management and the owners, but they did not have their itinerary, correct Plus in the middle of our state, they make us get out of the room to change towels besides taking my towel. I take my own towels. Also I will never stay here again. My Husband and I are so disappointed at the way we were treated and the fact that they stole from us we have took it up with our bank after the owner said that it was not processed. It has been processed. We have proof from our bank statement. I have pictures to prove it I believe that booking.com should not be partnered with this motel six facility. I’ve never had a problem with booking.com. The problem is with this motel with the owner so I suggest never go through booking.com here never stay here.
