"My stay never happened because of the staff and their lack of empathy."

Absolutely nothing

The check-in was behind bulletproof glass and the clientele was questionable at best … but the staff was rude and unaccommodating … we canceled and found a new place.

Price. Cheapest and closest to Children's hospital.

Staff was very authoritative and unfriendly. In my opinion, very disrespectful by speaking to other Staff in a foreign language in front of and about guests. No housekeeping or cleaning during stay (3 days and they wouldnt even take trash) insist on room checks that require guests to leave the room though. Like, I set bagged trash out in the hallway and within 2 minutes Staff was calling our room to tell us to put it back in our room. The beds were very stiff/firm. The floors sweat so much at night the first morning we were there I thought we had, and reported, a plumbing leak. The bathroom was very small and I am by no means a large person. We were much more comfortable sleeping in the NICU parents room and sharing a bathroom with other parents, it was definitely cleaner and I felt safer, way closer to food! No drive thrus near by.
