The location is perfect and everyone working there was so nice and helpful.

We liked it all. It would be nice to have a few more things in the room like a coffee maker, or a coffee carafe on each floor.

Location, decor. Nice lively bar area. Nice fireplace.

Noise from Nextdoor room tv (it was not overly loud, just paper thin walls/poor insulation). Also tons of noise from hallways in the AM. Free AM coffee was empty, we mentioned to front desk (no one was at coffee area to ask). Checked 2 more times over the next hour. It remained empty. Was unable to get a printout of bill from desk, said I had to get from Booking.com). I then requested bill that way and got a snippy reply from someone saying they had checked us out & we did not ask for a bill. A final comment of “regardless, here’s your bill”. Well I asked for the bill that AM but not during the actual check out. We were hanging around the lobby for a while trying to get the comp coffee that’s supposed to be available. I was going to reply to their snippy reply but figured not worthwhile.

Excellent facilities with a great bar and restaurant.
