Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Too noisy! I could clearly hear conversations from room on one side of me and television blaring from room on the other side.

Very new and clean hotel. The location is within walking distance of cute historic Clayton.

The rooms are very minimal. No coffee maker. No closet. The bathroom vanity is small. The connecting door was not sound proof. We could hear our neighbors talking.

Beautiful hotel! The beds and linens are comfortable and the hotel is very clean. Cleanliness is my number one concern with traveling, no worries staying here again. Hotel is also very quiet (yay!!) and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Parking is limited but street parking is available. You're in the downtown area so I recommend parking and staying put. Downtown is easily walkable to a wide variety of yummy food and night life. The shower is awesome, perfect pressure and hot water that doesn't fluctuate. I also like the fact that the front desk communicates with you via text, no bots, real humans.

The room smelled funny because they shut the dang heat and a/c off at night - yes they do - so it smells very stagnant. There is no way to control the temp or just run the fan without getting maintenance involved in some multi-step process. They have to come to the room and do an override and something else - not exactly the way we wanted to spend limited vacation time. I get wanting to save energy, but not giving guests the options to set their own temps or to just move air is a big NO in my book. At least mention it on the website so guests know what to expect so they can bring fans if they want.
