MainStay Suites Gatlinburg Downtown Area

The room was terrible, the floor of the room is crazy dirty never cleaned. Traveling with family and kids, the offered a room on ground floor saying that it was the only cleaned room available. Dont have any words to describe the cleanliness of the room. On top of it, in the night and early hours of the morning, we wood smell weird smoke smell coming from the adjacent rooms, which was terrible, i will never recommend this hotel if you are traveling with kids. Very upset with hotels.com as well since we have booked through them paying hefty per night room rate.

Away from the business of the Main Street but easy access to trolley.

It's kind of out of town but close enough to town.

Rooms were clean. The family enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was very basic; waffles and yogurt. Amazing Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot. Biggest downside is the amount of light coming in the rooms when trying to sleep. The connected room and hallway all had bright lights shining under the doors. Outside was lit up like a runway and the curtains could not block it well.

Location is good, away from most of the heavy traffic areas But planning on what a where you are going maybe a headache getting all the way the other side of town but fortunately for us the thing we had planned it was the perfect location

Excellent. Beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Loved it. Great hot/cold breakfast. Would stay there again.

The hotel was really clean and quiet. Very peaceful.
